Wicksteed Park, as well as having rides and attractions, is also an English Heritage Grade II Listed Park and Garden. It is believed to be the first dedicated leisure park in the UK. Robert sits on the board of the Wicksteed Trust.
Alvis Racing Car No 1 was built in 1923 and is the only surviving model of three cars created to win the Brooklands JCC 200 miles race of that year. Randla Hunt sponsors the car and Robert is the (very proud if not terribly successful) driver.
