RANDLA was co-founded in 2006 by Robert Hunt following a successful career in both
the SME and large company sector, during which he gained not only a broad-based experience
in a range of industries but a reputation for providing clear and unambiguous leadership
combined with integrity and a sympathy to the culture of the organisation.
Today, he specialises in corporate strategy, growth and recovery plans, and change
management.
Before founding RANDLA, Robert served as Country Manager for major multinational
concerns for over 11 years in which he was responsible for both start-ups and early
stage growth management as well as reorganisation and restructuring in more mature
environments. Originally qualified as a research scientist, he switched direction
to spend 4 years in the British Army on active service as an Infantry officer, mostly
in Northern Ireland. On return to civilian life he followed a classic sales and marketing
career gaining experience in over 25 countries around the world, culminating in being
appointed to the board of an international concern.
His experience has been gained in a wide variety of industries, including commodities,
OEM, furniture, capital equipment and construction, predominantly in B2B. In his
spare time, such as it is, he has restored, maintains and competes in a vintage Alvis
racing car.
